Highly recommend Michelin LTX A/T2. Have a 2014 XLT, 4WD, and I pull a 33 foot 6,500 lb trailer and a 20 foot bass boat (not at same time of course) and the Michelins provide outstanding stability, great traction on all surfaces and a smooth ride. Tire performance is well worth the higher cost.
I went back and checked the number of washers I have and it's five (5). Sorry for any confusion I should have put my glasses on the first time I counted.
Thanks for the replies. Sorry for the delay in answering the number of washers question... I have six washers now and I might have to try seven since the amount of "stuff" in the trailer keeps increasing, kinda' like my waist line with all the holiday chow lol.
FYI.
I have a 2014 Expedition with HD towing package, 3.31 rear axle, and like yours it has 60K miles with new Michelin's. It weighs 6,300 lbs with full tank of gas and my 240 lbs. My trailer is a 2018 Passport 2890RL, Dry weight 5,650 lbs, Tongue weight 635 lbs, Overall length 33'3" and I have...
Andy and Bean,

I can't get my middle row seats to fold completely flat like they did on my 2003 XLT. The seatback will fold forward but not completely flat. Am I missing something or don't they fold flat? If the they're designed that way is there anyway to get them to lay flat? Thanks in advance.
I have a 2003 Expedition 4wd and I replaced solenoid using aftermarket part and I haven't had any problems with it. Location on firewall behind battery. Easy fix and definitely worth trying before replacing IWE...
Skywagon,
Thanks for the information it's a real money saver.
On my 2014 Expedition the panel is still good so I'm keeping this for reference. My brother-in-laws 2011 the panel is broken so I'm passing this along to him.
I had some work done on my 2003 Expedition 4WD and I found a vacuum line disconnected and I don't know where it goes. The disconnected line has a yellow stripe on it and is on the bottom of a T-connector check valve which comes vacuum line from the 4WD solenoid on the firewall and goes to...
