    I did a full clean on the '17 windshield (cleaner, lacquer thinner, denatured alcohol, clay bar) and then installed PIAA Silicone wipers. I have the same wipers for the '06 as well, not sure it will be warm enough to give it a full clean next week when we head there for Christmas.

    Installed the new to me rear dome light I bought on eBay, because the bulb blew out in the original light, and I removed it to figure out what bulb I needed, and then put it in a safe place in the shop while I drove to NAPA to get a new bulb, and then could not find it . . . Sucks getting old...

    Keyless entry

    Not 100%, but I think you will need to swap out the box under the dash, that has the label with the 5 digit factory code. When I replaced that box in my Explorer, the code followed the box. Should be able to pick one up used on eBay.

    Welcome. If by loose you mean they rattle a bit down the road, I had the same issue with an 03. Take a Torx socket to the latch bar on each door, loosen it just a bit, and then use a wood block and hammer to knock them inwards a bit, tighten the bolts. If it is just wind noise with no rattle...

    Fuel filter location , keyless code

    Fuel filter: If you have a 28 gallon tank, the filter is part of the fuel pump module inside the fuel tank. If you have a 35 gallon tank, the filter is on the front edge on the outside of the fuel tank.
