    the dead switch is for the power lift gate I guess you could put in that switch and use it for something else. I don't think that the power fold mirrors are plug and play.

    for some reason the Fords take a long time of missing for the check engine light to come on. is it still under warranty take it to the dealer or if you have a good shop that has a good scan tool that records the vehicle when driving should pick it up. I am guessing a defective coil pack.

    it will keep the junk from coming up from the road into your radiator. and direct the air from in the lower grill to the rad and not under the truck.

    the fuel filter is located right above thee front edge of the fuel tank and the tool should be available from most autoparts stores.

    I just put 8 motorcraft plugs in my expedition last weekend, 72k on it. took about 2 hours and only broke 1 plug, had the removal tool handy. it runs a lot better now I would recommend changing them sooner than 100k miles.

    before you spend money on any parts get the code read. it could be a abs sensor or a lot of different things.

    what oil filters are you using, some filters don't have a check valve in them and the oil drains back into the pan, then the oil takes a few seconds to pressure up.

    you would have to drill out the rivets and rerivet the grill on your mounting.

    I am sure that the mounting holes would be there. you would have to put a manual sear set back there. a power one would be very hard and you would need a parts expy to do that. look on craigslist or e-bay or Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market good luck

    there is oil in the ac lines but usally its green because of the leak dye in there. but yes there is ac and heater lines back there.

    If anyone has had the idea to add a power third row seats to an Expy that dosent have them already, Its a big job and you really need a parts Expy to take everything from. I did this on my 07 and had a 08 parts car to take everything from. you have to remove all the rear interior plastic panels...
