Radio/Nav swap
I have a 2012 Expy El with just the regular radio/CD player. Is it possible to swap the radio unit with a new Ford radio that has navigation, and if the swap is possible would the install be plug and play or would there be cutting, splicing, etc? Thanks in advance for the replies.- Harry12

I just purchased the K&N kit and am very disappointed at how many gaps there are to let the hot engine bay air get in the intake. I was under the impression that the cold air kit was truly "cold air"???- Harry12

I was just thinking of being proactive and if in fact the trim is to blame as Ford says then I would just apply the Mylar tape and see what happens.- Harry12

Hello all! Has anyone removed the rear trim parts on the tailgate and applied the mylar tape to prevent the rubbing which apparently causes the blistering? I am thinking of doing this myself before any issues appear.- Harry12
