Antiseize could give the plugs more of a chance to shoot out. These motors are very tempermental about plugs and torque values. I haven't shot any yet, but it has happened to plenty of owners.

Does the sound change when you turn the steering wheel? Could be the PS pump.
How about when you are running the AC or turning your fan on or off? Could be the fan under your dash.

I can barely hear mine with the radio off. The fairing on the front makes it nearly impossible to hear over the tires, and my Falkens are very quiet for A/T tires.
I did not air down, since I didn't expect it to be nearly that bad. This was only the 2nd or 3rd time I have even used 4Low. I really don't think it would have helped since there was nearly no traction even for the guys with M/T tires.
