I was told by the owner of an offroad shop in my area that he had a dude that was able to use the upper/lower from an F-Series truck and it only required a minor modification of some sort however, he didn't have any details.
I did get the Supreme Series lowers from Movotech and then had my fab...
Gentlemen,
I've decided to fabricate major accessories for the Expedition. HD bumpers and side guards (To replace the running boards. And to make my Mega Rear Guard available soon. I'm ordering material on Monday.
The ultimate goal is to provide a real suspension lift for the Expedition.
I've had this code for a while and luckily, it didn't affect the trucks ability to pass safety inspection.
I am currently throwing an evap code and a front left speed sensor code that I haven't chased down because it's just too damn hot outside.
Thank you.
It fills all the way without issues and last week, one even kept filling past full and spilled fuel on the ground.
I may replace the solenoid at the firewall for laughs and giggles to see if that affects any positive changes.
I thought the same however, the diameter of the hole is smaller than the clip with four little prongs as well as being just shy of long enough or angled correctly.
This is why I felt that there was something missing from there that was an intermediary connector.
Edit: mine also had the zip...
I'm wanting to replace Bonnie's front UCA's with something beefier and hopefully with a uniball. Does anyone know an F-Series truck upper that would fit and if so, what year model?l
Bonnie threw a P1450 code and I'm wanting to figure it out. I did look around under the truck while she was on a lift getting an alignment and found a disconnected hose that is in the picture.
Does anyone know what it's supposed to connect to? I didn't find anywhere it could connect to so if...
Used out of wrecked Expedition plus i made sure the wreck didn't beach the window or door to allow moisture to foul the fuse box.
Edit: I've purchased a replacement fuse to rebuild my original fuse box with.
I did replace the fuse box, no dice. As long as their aren't any long-term effects to the fuel pump or electrical system, I'd like to wire up a hidden kill switch in place of the jumper.
I couldn't upload the sound file here so I Googled a 'free' hosting site so let me know if it doesn't play.

It's just a quick start-up and idle clip because I recorded it late last night when my son asked me how she sounded.
I'm rather pleased with the...
Thank you Mike.
At least I know why the code and heavy fuel smell from the rear of the truck. I can literally see vapor trails when I park.
I'll drop the spare and take a look.
Bummer about the fuel relay issue as my search for an answer continues or I just proactively replace the fuel pump...
