    So the 4a will engage almost every time from a standstill but once you get up to speed it'll disengage.

    Welcome. I would steer clear of spacers. As for as it went for my Gen 10 F150 (which the Expedition is based on), the largest tire without rubbing is 285/70R17 or 295/70r17 if you trim the front air dam. I wouldn't know if the same applies to the Expeditions. Search around the forum.

    Weldome to the forum. I think you should leave it to the pros. Yes, 5.4L 3v is in your truck. That means 3 valves per cylinder. Every Expedition with a 5.4L has 3v after 2002. Timing chain is something that can be detrimental if you install it wrong and it could cost you more in the long run...

    Well a complicated no. What tires do you have? No, it won't go away, that is tire noise and usually from A/T tires. Totally normal but annoying as heck.

    I'm not a speaker snob nor a huge music lover, so the stock B and Os were fine for me. I think a speaker upgrade is good if you really want it.
