    I'm not aware of a "standard". As previously said, measure. Mine fits with a 79" high opening, as long as I make sure to shovel off any snow outside the door first.

    Yes exceeding the max is sketchy. Maybe those folks are referring to the max weight of the trailer, not as it is loaded. For example, my Airstream has a max of 7,300 but it weighs 6600 fully loaded.

    I'm a dope. I thought the vehicle just had to locked for remote start to work. Nope, you need to press lock on the fob, then 2x on remote start- even if the vehicle is already locked.

    A properly adjusts WDH also keeps proper weight on the front axle. It's the only way to go.

    My remote start from the key fob doesn't work with either fob. Fob shows a blinking red light which the manual says indicates "request failed or status not received". Remote start works fine with the phone app. I'll get it checked at my next oil change.

    I'm not sure I gain much in ECO mode, but that's because I drive conservatively. I think if you tend to be more aggressive, ECO will counter that.

    I had the pups in the car all day today. Twice I remembered to click "Perimeter Only" but the last time I forgot. They really need to allow you to choose it as default (cuz I'm not getting any younger, therefore my memory isn't getting any better).

    I put them on too. They fit well and help a bit with dirt on the side of the vehicle. It doesn't eliminate it, but helps a bit. Installation was easy. Harder in he rear, but still not a big deal. BTW. I went from a Durango (GC with a third row) to the Expedition. No regrets.

    Maybe more like disappointed than shocked- the dealer makes a lot of money on financing- sometimes more than they do on the vehicle.

    I think you need to set the alarm to "Ask on Exit" (or something like that) to get that screen that let's you choose perimeter only. I always forget to choose it and the dogs trigger the alarm. I've even had a lady bug flying around trigged it. I wish there was an option to have perimeter only...

    Weird, and this is the second such report. I just towed a 6,600lb Airstream 2500 miles with no issues. I've been towing horse, utility, boat and camping trailers for over 40 years with all kinds of vehicles and never had that issue. It'll be interesting hear the solution.

    When I bought mine, the dealer said it was free for a year but that there was talk of making it free all the time. I thought that may have just been dealer hype. Glad it was true.

    If the vehicle is rate to tow 6K as equipped, you'd be fine towing 5k.
