Ten speed automatic transmission setting effects?

Have there been any studies/estimates of the fuel economy plus and minus of the Green Leaf and the Red S alternatives?

As a Gen 4 Expedition driver I do not feel any performance loss when using the leaf, however, the S is a real kick in the pants!

I'm not sure I gain much in ECO mode, but that's because I drive conservatively. I think if you tend to be more aggressive, ECO will counter that.

S sport mode holds mine out of overdrive until I get over 66mph. If you have non tow pack, its probably way over 70 mph before it will drop into 10th gear. Staying out of top gear wastes fuel, so I rarely run the sport mode unless I'm really playing around and hammering down hard.
