    I bought a expedition the other day. He advertised it as a 98 4.6..... I read the door jam and its a 97... also I looked up the vin and it pulls up as a 5.4... 8th digit is "L".. Is there a way to look at the motor and tell the diffrence?

    Anyone running an Edge Programmer?

    I've got a 4.6, is there a noticeable difference in mpg and power? My dad has a 5.4 and he stomps me in mpg, it takes me $30 to drive to tampa from where I live and only $20 for for his 5.4 to do the same. I'm not so worried about power but more towards mpg.
