I dropped the pan yesterday and changed filter. When I put pan back up I torqued pan to 120 in lbs. I checked fluid level again today and had to add some. It looks like fluid is seeping out a little. I might tighten pan to the max torque spec and see if the helps. If not, what is next new oem...
Ok, I read a review and the guy said the original bolts wouldn't fit in the new bracket. I guess it will depend on the shape of the bolts when I get them off.

I had my expy in awd and after making a turn and going forward for 50-100 ft it feels like I'm going over a rough surface and then it's fine...doesn't do it 4 wheel high but when disengaging 4 hi back to 2wd it seems like I have to stop and back up to get it to disengage. Any ideas?
My expy has 202k on it and I want to change out the power steering fluid, transfer case, and front and rear axles. I know the power steering takes mercon v and I'm pretty sure the transfer case takes mercon lv. What do I use for the front and rear axles?

I used the monroe quick strut and the front tires are 5 years old. They are the stock 18" tire from a 2015 F150 4x4. I jacked each corner and tried to move the tires back and forth and up and down. No movement at all. The only thing I noticed was the rear sway bar links are pretty loose.
Not sure if the lowers have been done the boots looked good... definitely don't look original...it's not lifted and I didn't get a spec sheet on alignment.
I just replaced upper ball joints and strut/shocks and had an alignment done. When I'm driving down back country roads the expedition sways back and forth a lot. Would that be sway bar links front and back or do I need to upgrade factory sway bars?
