    Thanks Tom and Thermo for the replies. Thermo: Yeah it only makes the noise when the vehicle is physically moving. I haven't noticed any whining. I do get some vibration on the gas pedal at higher speeds and the whole vehicle (whirrs?) and vibrates b/w 67-72 mph. no noise that i can recall...
