Okay. I didn't think there was any illumination of the white lines on the knobs and the homelink buttons and yes the info display shows the transfer case mode position.
Was there a heated steering wheel and headlight auto hi-lo beam option on the Expy? A couple of features that I truly miss.
I was reading something recently about M&S tires. When the temps fall to below 40*F (4*C) the rubber compound virtually loses all it's traction ability. Anyone else read anything along these lines. I live in a cold winter climate area so I have a mounted set of studded winter (not snow) tires...
I have an '08 EB. The headlight and transfer case switch selector knobs are not illuminated behind the "white line" showing the switch position. Is this normal or is there a bulb that is burnt out on both selector switches? Also, is there supposed to be illumination on the sun visor garage door...
I like the wheels but the tires seem to "skinny" to me. Too much open wheel well space and not a tire I think you want to get very far from a paved surface.
That was my thought. The reflector lens is designed for a specific bulb application otherwise the light is scattered and can be blinding to oncoming traffic.
Using the "Engineer's Test" mode the following DTC's $9318, $E013, $9600 and $9601 are present. However, I can't find a link that recognizes these codes. Anyone familiar with these reported DTC's? This is on an '08 EB.
I'm missing something. DRL's are always on when the ignition is turned on and the vehicle is in gear. DRL's are off when in Park. Perhaps you don't have DRL's or the module has died.
Never got to the second row seat windows as they move fairly quickly and didn't see an urgent need.
However, today the driver's side window regulator packed it in, down position of course, wife driving and raining. Due to other concerns I had to take it into a shop that does work for me.
The deciding factor for me was the fold flat 2nd row seating (cargo load) and the fold flat 3rd row seat. Now I wasn't looking at 2012's but the GM equivalents ('08 - '10) did not have these features.
If it's still under warranty, and appears that it is, I would have the dealer fix whatever needs fixing to eliminate the squeaking. I doubt if it's an indication that everything else is going to fail if that's what you mean to be alarmed. Because it's steering related would motivate me to get it...
Just did as you suggested. Engine running in park and seat, mirror and pedals positioned and set and #1. Everything came back to the set position when #1 was pressed after changing them. So it looks like it's working. I'll make certain that I have the procedure for syncing the fob to #1 setting...
Thought I might do this myself. Best dealer price in where I live (BC) was $38 and change for both the arm and wiper. That didn't excite me so I passed.
