Update. I got a set of hub centric rings for the wheels and the highway ride is much better. Now it's not stock but that faint off balance feel is gone and the front suspension is calmer.
I've accepted what it is. I called rough country up today and they confirmed that the f150 sub frame is different and a 4" lift won't work. So it's gonna stay just like it is. It does handle great, just a rough ride.
The goal isn't to get higher but to get better geometry of the front end. I'm just wanting to know how many of those parts are interchangeable. I guess I have too much time with time in my hands being off work today.
