    Weld quality, weld clean up and tubing fit are spot on. Powder coating is perfect. It's like a semi gloss or satin black with a little texture from what looks to be from the bead blasting. Which I hope it is. I would rather have runs and wrinkles in my powder coating over poor prep.

    The Torsen is a very unique limited slip. It uses gears instead of pressure plates. I haven’t seen if it’s in the front, rear or both on the new Expy. On the Raptor it’s in the front.

    Voltage from battery ground to chassis ground.

    Take a set of jumper cables and put one lead on a good ground location and then back to the negative battery terminal. Test it again and see if it goes to zero. If so the jumper cables are making a good ground connection and the factory cable is not.
