Thanks for the info. I did order front and rear sway bars. Takes 4 to 6 weeks I was told. They said due to making them. I think BS. The company is here in California. So.........
Good POST Old Guy. Interesting point regarding headlites. I am 6'4 and for the life of me I don't understand why the engineers, design a rotary switch at knee height on the dash. Generally I always manage to rub my knee on the control to activate the lights. GM does the same for placement of...
I do have plans on ordering them thru a suspension shop and do the install. Just curious about purchasing the links as well. I just noticed my right front shock leaking and plan to have all 4 replaced at Ford along with an alignment.

Thanks for the reply. I do plan on ordering the pair. Planning to have a suspension shop do the install.
Sorry for half assed post. 40k on a 2019 xlt. Placing an order for front and rear sway bars. Would one replace the attachments also. Swaybar bar end links?
Perthaps that may be the case to have them replaced a second time. Ford engineering has designed new phasers for a replacement. Frequent oil changes sre a must. I do every 4k.
Same here in So. Cal. Exceptional Service Dept. and Dealership personnel. Greet you and take your name and direct you to your Service Tech. Waiting area is large and comfortable with WiFi and coffee. Very organized and a well ran business.
I purchased Weathertechs Mudflaps front and rear for my 2019 expedition. Front fit fine but the rears needed some modification, inner wheel well to be exact. A dremel took care of the fit so the attachments would work. Have had no problem with them. Have had a couple of carwashes with them on...
Appears Ford will be buying that engine. You have been through the drill enough with this vehicle with repairs. Trade out of it. It will probably be months for that to be rectified especially if a busy shop. IMHO. Sorry to see that happened to you.
2019 Expedition XLT experienced an issue with rear taillamp leaking into housing shorting out the tail lite blinker. I had automatic headlamps on during car wash. Bad idea. Used dielectric grease on replacement bulb. Very seldom ever use car wash here in Southern California. So it was a lesson...
Good luck. I see your point on this matter. The phone call was handled by a Service Tech not by the Service Manager. If replacement is done by an outside repair shop you would have to bring old parts back with your out of pocket bill for a ford dispersement. This could take some time for an...
My question is if hose was in question why did the dealer note it and inform you. Hoses show signs of being spongy and very pliable which an observant tech could easily check. Just my opinion.
Just a note to those have had cam phasers done to your 3.5 engine in our expeditions. I had mine done a year ago with 34k under warranty. Reviewed the copy of the repair order and filed it. I came across an article that listed new parts for the phasers and comparing my replacements part numbers...
Had mine doing the same thing. Just the center bezel assembly was replaced. No need for the whole console to be replaced. This was done before it went out of warranty in 12/21. Just an FYI.
