We just got a new to us 2015 Limited that did not have any front license plate bracket, so I just went through the process of mounting one on the bumper. Bought used 2015 Expy without front license plate bracket. Selling indy dealer gave me the bracket and three pop rivets to attach to pre-drilled holes on front bumper, but his pop rivet tool was worn so could not grip the pop rivets correctly.
