Repair is complete. They did not have to tear out the whole dashboard. Now it is just a waiting game until the weather gets back into the 90’s to see if it will happen again- dr19537

Auto fold mirrors
So after a day and a half at the dealership this is what I learned. The folding mirrors are a software issue that Ford is aware of and they are supposedly working on a solution. The spligate proximity opening is another software issue that they are working on. Supposedly my King Ranch does...- dr19537

Auto fold mirrors
I don’t want to light when folded. Which is why I want to disable the auto fold. The owner’s manual tells you how to disable on the settings menu, but the disable option doesn’t show in my system. That is also why I am trying to enable approach lights- dr19537
