Has anyone else had this happen to their dashboard? Lifts up when it gets hot and then will return to normal when it cools down.

Nope. Looks like a warranty issue

Took it to the shop today and they are going to see what they need to order to fix

I remember testing an ultimate when they first released and my saw this exact thing in that truck. I wonder how common this is.

Parts are ordered. They are not sure if they will have to take the dash out or not.

Have Llumar Air Blue 80 installed on your windshield after you get it back repaired. It really helps with the heat. Here in TampaBay it is a must have.
