I have a Gibson 619999 Stainless Steel Exhaust NIB. Bought it years ago and never installed it (or opened the box). Since I've upgraded to a '22 Raptor, I don't need it. Asking $400, buyer pays shipping. Located in 20165. GIBSON Fits 2004 Expy.
Tubing Diameter: 2.50-in. Stainless mandrel bent...
I just put 2015 F150 wheels onto my Expy and had to use an angle grinder to cut about an inch off of the axle like Buck did. It was easy and took all of 20 minutes for both sides.....
That could be a great resource if it works. I had the rear defrost tab pop off on my old Crown Vic and I couldn't find a product that worked. The only other option was to replace the rear window.....needless to say, that tab dangled for a while....
I think anytime you lift the Expedition, especially the 2/3 lifts, it alters the geometry of the rear axle a bit. The picture accentuates it. It doesn't look as bad in person....
I purchased a milwaukee 4.5" grinder and took off about 1/2" of the axle nub from each of the rear axles. The grinder made short work of them and I was able to get the cut portion of the axle flat so it doesn't look like chit.

After much deliberation and searching, I found some cherry 18" wheels off of a 2015 F150 that I love ($350 shipped). I going to get them mounted and some new tires slapped on them as soon as I figure out how I am going to trim the rear CV axle to fit the F150 FORD wheel cap. Any ideas how I...
I purchased the Spyder Angel Eyes housings recently due to the fact that my HIDs had way too much light spill and were probably blinding people. They are good quality and have so far preformed great.
Spyder states that they will not accept HID bulbs, but my 9007 HID bulbs fit fine. The...
So basically, even when I have the A/C or heat off, I still get a bit of either hot or cold air through my vents depending on how I have the temp set. Not a lot, mind you, but enough to notice. I figure it's the front blend door. Has anyone had this issue? Is YH-1767 the correct part number...
Sorry to bring this back to life, but does anyone have a part number for the front blend door actuator? I found YH-1767, but wanted to confirm as I need to change it this weekend.
Hey guys, I'm looking to get a set of 2014 Raptor SVT wheels with 315/70/17 tires and I was wondering if they will even fit? I'm currently running a 2.5" front and 1" rear level/lift. It LOOKS like they will fit, but I don't want any rubbing issues. Does anyone currently run a similar set up...
I ran mine through the plastic running on the Driver's side. It was by far the easiest route. Plenty of space to get my hands in there and run the cable.
Installed a Volant Cold Air Intake and finally fixed the broken fastener that held my wiper cowl on. At highway speeds, it would rattle and drive me crazy.
I just checked my emails and I paid $250 for the complete 'drop in' VB. I went this route instead of just doing the plate with the modifications because there are 2 (if memory serves) springs that can be replaced to help shifting and I didn't want to mess around with all of the springs and balls.
The new VB is holding strong. The shifts are quick and there is a SOTP increase in pick up. Probably due to it shifting quick and actually getting up to speed quicker. The best part is getting rid of the Neutral to Reverse lag. I hated that with a passion! I'll look up what I spent and post...
I noticed some bubbling on the inside of my rear cargo hatch. I just assumed that it was from the environment (former NY State Expy) and salt on the roads in winter.
