2004 Expy having weird A/C issue

So basically, even when I have the A/C or heat off, I still get a bit of either hot or cold air through my vents depending on how I have the temp set. Not a lot, mind you, but enough to notice. I figure it's the front blend door. Has anyone had this issue? Is YH-1767 the correct part number to swap it out?

FYI, YH-1744 was the correct p/n for the front blend door. Hopefully this will fix the issue
