    New twist on COP failure.

    Had to replace #4 cop for the 2nd time in 2 years. It is located under some ac lines that condensate and drip on the coil.     Headlight bulb Question

    Has anyone used an 80/100 watt headlight bulb in their expy? Any problems with the wiring harness or headlight overheating or melting? I used these bulbs in other vehicles and had great results. Hoping to go back to them.

    Coil failure. Great. I had changed #4, #8 and #1 in the last year. Today's code #7. Just need a cold one and my flashlight. I should have a new set in at this pace by mid 2012.

    Exhaust system question.

    Throttle body spacers

    I see this brought up on occasion. I can understand how a throttle body spacer might help a carbureted or throttle body injected system. What can they offer the multi-port fuel injection??

    Tire Question

    I have a 2002 5.4 xlt 2wd. Tires are a 255-70r-16. S speed rating. 109 load index. Question I have is , Can I put a larger size tire on the vehicle without causing problems? My goal is to put more rubber on the ground and maybe fill the wheel well a bit. I also want to stay with the wheels I have.

    Water in third brake light lens.

    I have a 2002 xlt 5.4 2wd and have been trying to keep rain water out of my third brake light leans. I have removed it three times to dry it out and reinstall it. Gasket seems fine. No cracks in lens. No body dents in the area. Anyone else run into this?

    recommendations on shocks ??

    I have a 2002 xlt 5.4. 98,000 miles. 2wd. Shocks are wasted. Stock suspension. Use expy as daily trans. No off road use. I would like to hear what has worked for you all in the community. I am leaning towards pro comps based on local input. Anything better out there?
