    AC not cold, plenty of freon

    Thought it might be low on freon but the guage says it's full. Whenever it is hooked up and the ac is on and the compressor cycles on for about 3 seconds then shuts off, the truck almost dies. It only does that when the freon is hooked up. Is my compressor going out? Any other tips to checkout?

    PA body lift 1st gen

    Used lift I bought last year but never installed. Going to leave it at it's current height. Has everything but the bolts. Previous owner said they were rusted and to just buy new ones at Home Depot. Never got around to it. $125.00 shipped obo.

    Should I get these tires?

    Only $200. Have wheels to fit. 37x12.50x16.5 Goodyears. Would be about a 8 hour round trip to go get them. He says they have about 70% tread left. For $200 and some gas I think it's a pretty good deal.

    service engine soon light came on...

    what would cause this? how do I diagnose the issue? can they check the code or is it something different since it's not the check engine light? I think it came on about the time I did my exhaust but it went a way for a while.

    My expy is dead. As soon as I jump it and drive it around the block and try to let it charge and turn it off, it won't even try to crank. That should be the alternator right?
