    Could the bouncy feeling be from tires? Passenger tires instead of LT tires. Worth a look cuz it can make a difference.

    Ok. Without going into full detail, when I get the vehicle, it will have a fresh alignment. I was hoping to get the Ranchos (being on special now) and just pop them on without having to align it again. What you say about talking stuff apart and putting back together changing alignment makes sense.

    97 Exp EB 185,000 99 Windstar 273,000 01 Windstar 102,000 Looking into buying a 08 Exp Limited 55,000 I stress less about rock chips and dings when there are miles on a vehicle. Or with my 99, the metal is just missing(rust). lol

    I believe a 33" tire is about 285/70-17 in metric size. Someone correct me if I am way off.

    What gear ratio do you have in your differentials? When you did the torsion key did you get new torsion bars? I would like to get the keys but someone told me that without new bars, the lift won't be as much as it should be.

    Mpg?

    Not sure if this has been mentioned but the gear ratio in your vehicle is going to make a difference. I have 3.73 gears and a friend has 3.55 gears. He can get 1-2 mpg better than I. My Expy is a 97 and his is a 00 or 01.

    I don't think you will regret an Edge. The 2000 Expedition that we tried it on pulls an enclosed trailer with a water barrel and supplies for the three dirt bikes in it, he plans on buying the CS version by next spring.

    Just thought I would write a quick update. The programmer works great all-around. The only thing that I hadn't thought of is my gear ratio which is code H6-3.73 limited-slip. I still saw an improvement in fuel mileage and am happy with my purchase.

    All I can say is Wow! I went and bought the Evo CTS yesterday and put it in buddys Expy cuz we had to drive it to work(160 mile trip). It is amazing how it changed the attitude of the vehicle and improved mileage. He has the AWD transfer case and I have a 2wd option so my mileage should see...

    Not sure what you mean by custom tunes but the Edge CS/CST has 4 levels from what I have read. Stock level up to performance with which you need to run a quality, higher octane gas. Hope this helps you out fiveoh.
