Right rear lower than left rear
Mine was the same way. The right bag or solenoid had a small leak. There is only one height sensor in the rear, so the system can not just inflate one bag. Best thing to do is do the conversion! Im glad I did- SC-Surfer

Clunk and binding with low speed turns.
Remove the front driveshaft. Soak those bolts in PB Blaster, may need to heat them before removal. That will tell you if its in the front diff or the transfer case.- SC-Surfer

Rough Idle
OK, I have a 98 Expedition in the shop with the same problem. 4.6L Right side miss fires - Other mechanic is working on it. He went through all the same steps as you (It has been to 3 shops) So we pulled the valve cover and what did we see? 2 rockers were sitting on the head. Placed them back...- SC-Surfer

^ Great point.... Jack up the front end, grab the tire top and bottom and see if you can move it back and forth. also use a prybar or 2x4 under the tire and have someone lift it up and down while you (again) crawl under and check the ball joints.- SC-Surfer

Just done mine. Not to bad at all. Depends on how much rust you have! Can of PB Blaster, propane torch (for the frozen bolts if any) I did have to use a pretty cheap spring compressor to get mine in with the 1" spacers. But you can also have someone use a prybar between the frame and rear...- SC-Surfer

There should be no play at all. Have someone move the steering wheel back and forth (engine off) while your under it with a flashlight. Check the tie rod end, all the links. See whats giving. Thats the best way of checking everything out. I would also put a wrench on everything you touched...- SC-Surfer

Quick update. After installing the kit, I didnt have time to pull part of the dash and cut the wire. Just left the switch off. On the way home I noticed the steering was a lot more sensitive on the highway. So here is what I did. Pulled the # 15 max fuse under the hood (Air Pump). Removed...- SC-Surfer

Cant find REAR COILS!
Installed everything today. Those Rancho front shocks were not for a lifted truck (Unlike what the Amazon store claimed) But I had a set of 2" shock extenders that bolt to the bottom of the shocks. Truck rides good, maybe not as nice as the air suspension when working right. But just knowing...- SC-Surfer
