When I try to start it makes one click. & CEL codes.
So basically long story short, I bought this 1998 Expedition XLT from a guy off craigslist and he didnt smog it. so it doesnt pass the HC part of the smog test (California) and I have the P0171 and P0174 CEL codes on it. I have replaced the starter solenoid, fuel filter, oil filter, air...- Pismo
