There is a TSB for the related hoses cracking said my tech. I just had the hoses replaced along with the solenoid replacement on my 2012. Those hoses and solenoid were about 60-80 bucks. Rides great at speed now.
Is that video somewhere I can hear it? The YouTube link is broken.
I also have an intermittent clatter sound that comes on during acceleration up hills around 60mph and goes away if I lift off the gas. Almost like a heavy bag rattling under the left front. After the tech's didn't see anything...
I've had great service from Tasca buying discounted online. I started out and go back and forth shopping price with the autonation Ford dealer White Bear Lake Ford in MN. I can drop links but I'm away from my laptop that has the direct links. I have also started with I think it's Friendly Ford...
You won't be disappointed. The FX has the WiFi monitoring right? I thought it was fun at first then realized I did not need to fiddle with it. My 55 fits down the right side so the lit swings up and to the right. The power plug is on the right on the '12 next to the hatch door (I see yours...
Dometic. The gold standard and a maker for RVs. Not cheap, but amazingly efficient and work flawlessly. Also monitors bat. level and tuns itself off if battery is at risk.
I have a Dometic 55 that lives in the back plugged full time @ 36d. Wouldn't be without it now.

I hate that huge screen. I can't believe it is making me re-think moving to another SUV like the Grand Wagoneer instead when I get a new one in the next year or so. Other brands are doing a better job with info screens and even the current F-150 is better.
If you tow- the last year of the HD tow with the rear leveling suspension.
I just can't get my head around giving up how well my '12 tows to get a new one and have to try and not even replicate the towing functionality with having to add / install Sumo parts. Thumbs down.
That huge screen is hideous. There is no logical reason for one that large. About the size of an iPad would be plenty. The same thing is making me pause on a Mach-e - waiting for the next design update that changes that design.
Ford finally found a design element that would stop me from...
Why did they move the tail gate button to bottom edge of the door? My wife is not tall and the button to open/close being just inside the door is a big deal. Why did it have to even be moved?
I don't hard core off road that I'd catch a line on something. I'm fortunate that my '99 had no air system issues except replacing the compressor at about the 10 year mark. My '12 has had no issues so far but to me, it's like other things like shocks and struts so replacing them is a...
Every time I start thinking again about a new Expy, Comments like this remind me how much I appreciate the factory rear suspension air on my 2012. I just towed my shared 24' enclosed car trailer loaded to/from a 2 day track weekend and it just tows so well.
I want to give them money but...
Common problem with Ford Sunroof systems. My 2012 'roof has a similar failure of the plastic pivot arm and it is just a crap shoot. The word of advice I got ( after the fact ) is to open and close your sunroof often because over time/non use the heat causes the glass to stick very strongly to...
You could do the work then have a local dealer program/reset it. Then the spend is only tech time vs labor to install. I'm sure they would just program it a similar way if they had to reset/replace onboard suspension modules.
Oh good, I'm not *completely* crazy. The parts should still exist to put them on the Expy for you. I had these when they were on all 4 corners on my '99 and it didn't even dawn on me to ask/notice it was just the rears when we bough the 2012. A couple months ago I went through the microfiche...
