    Expy 2000, replacing right, rear stripped wheel studs

    I removed wheel and disc brake and used a hammer to pound out one of the studs, but there is not enough room to remove the extracted stud (much less replace it with a new one). It seems like the next step would be to remove the piece that the holds the studs (hub?), but I can't figure it...

    Lock mechanism completely hosed

    Here's the deal. My friend's kid pushed the lock "tab" down into the right rear door. Door is shut and locked, window up. Electrical window and lock will not work. Thus, no access to mechanicals (would make my life easy) or removal of the trim panel (can't reach a couple of the screws)...

    Fixing a deep, dime-sized dent

    I have a dent that is about 1/8 " deep and about the size of a dime and it has a tiny bit of rust in it. It seems from my Internet research that I would want to sand down the area, trying to leave as much undamaged paint and metal as possible (1" border?), use a filler, sand to a flat surface...

    Best penetrating oil

    WD-40 or PB Blaster or liquid Wrench? Also, It seems like using a an oil like this will promote the nut/bolt loosening after they are put back together. E.G. If I use WD-40 to get a lug nut off, why won't the lug nut just slip off again when the tire is back on?

    What's it called?

    When I look at the pix and videos online they all refer to 10mm bolts. When I look behind mine, I see what look like rubber grommets with some sort of star screw inside. The screw/bolt looks like a clover leaf: 6 lobes, and they look rounded. I can try to take pix if it will help, but I'm...

    Left side works, only rear on right

    When I signal a left turn, all is well. When I signal a right turn, only the rear signal flashes. The front, mirror, and dash indicator do not flash. When I turn on flashers, I get same behavior. What's up?
