Longtime Ford Truck guy, first Expedition
Time to downsize. Picked up my 2000 Expedition XLT 4x4 4.6 liter a few days ago. I loved The Beast, but I don't need the towing power and off road capability of my '93 F-350 4x4 with the 460 big block on 33" mud tires any more and that 8 mpg is hard to justify. egr problem,help.....
Pulled, cleaned, and reinstalled the EGR valve on my 2000 4.6L yesterday. The bolt you're referring to is a royal pain. Took off the front bolt, vacuum line, and EGR pipe first so I had room to wiggle the valve to get a better angle on the bolt. Took lots and lots of small turns with a 10mm...- Bowhunt72
