    I have been doing some more digging and I found that the noise sounds like it may be coming from closer to the firewall and it’s definitely not a rattle or a slap.

    Checked all of that and it’s clear. No oil leaks and everything is good condition considering the year of the truck.

    I have the a very similar issue. Mine shutters at 40-50 mph during low level acceleration. If I do high level acceleration it will not shutter.
