Odd Brake problem
The hiss could be the 4x4 system. It uses vacuum to unlock the front hubs, and lack of vacuum to engage the hubs with a spring in the hub. Tranny and rattling sound advice...
I am in the process of re-building the front 4x4 vacuum lockers on my 2011. One was making a clicking/rattling noise and one would not unlock. Might be a place to check for the noise. Cylinder 5 misfire even with new coil !
I struggled with figuring out what cylinder from a missfire code as well recently, mine was due to water getting up where it was not supposed to be from me being a little crazy with the water hose after making a mess changing a water pump. What is this cable?
Anyone know the part number or anything specific about that cable? My used expy did not have the cable, but has the matching plug up front. Every block heater cable I am finding for a 2011 expedition is a complete replacement that goes all the way to the heater itself.- Tim Deater
