2017 Expy Underhood fuse box relay specs

Real World Service Intervals vs manual 2017 3.5L ecoboost
I recall a thread on this but can'tseem to find it. What the consensus on plugs, and other other maintence items? manual says 100k on most but i recall 60k was perhaps the consensus? please weigh in experienced owners. thx Larry in Reno- Larry Fuller

2017 Expedition Wrench Light
came on 60 miles from home car lost all power. Used limp mode(didnt know there WAS one) to drive 1 mile to small town Ford Dealer(closed on Saturday).
