I've had spare keys made. Luckily it was in good shape so I didn't have to rekey the locks. Costs about $70 bucks or so. The remotes are easy. You can order them from Amazon and program them yourself.
Update. After getting frustrated and walking away from it I continued reading posts in the forum. Decided to try and burp the coolant. Parked it on an incline and held it at around 2000 rpm for a couple of minutes then let it idle and repeated. Then the rear heat started working. Still...
