    Rear AC line 2016 Expedition EL

    Have to replace the rear AC line for the second time, +/- $1700.00 Last replaced in in 2019. Don't drive that much +/- 5000/year. Have few other issues, this is the only recurrent issue. Wondering if brine that is sprayed on roads in winter may be contributory.

    Just changed mine at 73K. runs like a different truck. Use only OEM too much junk out there.

    Just had that, 1 new coil (missing) and while there changed plugs. Problem gone.

    Seat Cushion 2020 at 30,000 miles ....

    I am a large person and the seats on my 2016 with heated and cooled seats are perfectly fine (70,000 miles). Drivers side plastic side seat panel has sheared the lugs three times, easy to replace, a bit annoying.

    Last year out of curiosity, went up my steep driveway in 2wd in about 6" of snow. Other than engine speed being severely reduced by controlled ELSD, no issues.

    Rear Wiper Arm

    After nut is removed, Grab it with some vice grips and wiggle it, will come right off. Have replaced mine twice, easy peasy. Do NOT PLY AGAINST GLASS unless you wish to purchase new glass.

    Have had only a few issues w my 2016 XLT, rear AC feed line cracked and had to be replaced at 50,000 miles and drivers seat side cover has had to be replaced twice when clips holding it snapped off. New one has been fine for over a year now. Bottom of rear hatch door showing some corrosion...

    Our local Costco sells top tier fuel and they are always the least expensive fuel station in the area.

    Rear hatch corrosion 2016 XLT EL

    Lifted the rear hatch the other day, (aluminum) noticed bubbling paint all along the bottom surface. Anyone have a solution or is sanding and re-painting the only solution. Had a 2003 w similar problem, paint shop sprayed something inside, seemed to resolve issue.

    Help with Driver seat trim

    Am on my third on on my 2016 expedition, just bad engineering, a screw at the back end would solve the issue. roughly $30.00. very easy to replace

    Oem tire lifespan

    Just replaced the tires on my 2009 Ford E450 RV w LT tires with less than 20,000 miles, no cracking etc. DOT said they must be replaced after 10 years. Had 2008 manufacture date.

    $750 for positive battery cable... wtf?

    If not available from other sources online and there are a ton of them out there, make your own out of parts. go to local parts store should have what you need, be prepared to get a little dirty or ask your wife to do the job. Just paid $571.00 for a new key for my 2011 Mercedes, and $109.00...

    How many miles on your 2nd Gen Ford Expedition?

    Had 2003, 130000 miles. Had some crunching in front spindles, differential or transfer case . Repair was in range of its worth though no otherissues. Traded in on 2016, now has 59,900 miles Only issue was refriferant line to rear area. Ford had to fix $1,100.00 Runs great otherwise
