I did a quick Google and youtube search to see if anyone else has had this problem with no luck.
Had it blowing through the vents, no A/C button was on
Turned it to heat because it was blowing cold (like A/C cold)
Nothing changed, continued to blow cold no matter what I did...
Any help...
I would recommend a load leveler hitch, it dramatically help the bouncing when I was towing my brother's truck from Texas up to Kansas a couple years back I'll try to find the photo for you.

Has anyone found a remedy for the full throttle surging after installing intake? Can't give it full throttle without it surging and throughing a code.
Thanks.

So I got underneath and saw the wire that was getting hot, cleaned the contacts and plugged it back in, started the truck, turned on the A/C, wiggled the wire a little and it came on and off with different positions, so I agree it is the wire not the resistor. Thank you for the help. I'll be...
I've replaced two of them since January, and the last one I replaced just went out today. I'm using genuine motorcraft part. Just wondering if anyone else is having them same problems.

Yeah mine is the same way, have to check it every 1k. If you look at the consistency of it it should mostly be water, with oil in it.

I've seen that one, that is just the resonator delete. That's what I have currently. I think we are in agreement that we want that throaty sound without the raspiness. Just have to figure out a way to get there. Might have to try a couple of different methods to get it to where I'd like it to...
Got any video? I had a feeling that I might have to weld the resonator back in if I cut the stock muffler out and replaced it with a magnaflow.
