2017 ford expedition only blow cold air?

I did a quick Google and youtube search to see if anyone else has had this problem with no luck.

Had it blowing through the vents, no A/C button was on

Turned it to heat because it was blowing cold (like A/C cold)

Nothing changed, continued to blow cold no matter what I did...

Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure of all the steps for troubleshooting, however the temperature blend door actuator is a likely candidate. They sometimes click before going out, at other times they just stop working.
