    CyanLabs just released version 1.0.4.0 of the Ford Sync Update Downloader and they have now labeled version 3.4.20021 as "HAS ISSUES". I'm assuming these are the issues that have already been mentioned in this thread. The other options that it currently offers are 3.4.19274 and 3.4.19101.
