    1st post! How and Where to buy next Expedition?

    I would own a sequoia, I think it would be a good choice for someone that isn't mechanically inclined. If a turbo goes out on the expy, I'd just replace it and keep on going.

    I had an 08 tahoe with rebuilt title, sold it the same as if it didn't. That being said alot of banks won't loan on rebuilt title vehicles, so there is that.

    Oil Change Gone Bad

    I had my oil changed one time and received it back with a greasy hand print on the hood and screws for the felt cover were loose causing a noise when going over bumps. I do the job myself and keep my receipts.

    You guys are just like the people at my work, they bash brands, features etc. that are not even the current models. I am sure your 99 vette is obsolete compared to a 2021, just saying. I like my 2015 platinum expedition for what it is and what I paid, sure I know the 2018 and up are superior...

    Meh, Ive had several ecoboost now, never an issue. 117k on my current ecoboost expedition, but I have read of other people that had some issues. Of the few 5.4l 3v engines I've had, they all had cam phaser issues.

    No it wasn't out of warranty, it was done at 50k miles, it had a 60k powertrain on it. Anyway, it doesn't make any difference, if he buys an extended warranty from ford, they have to honor it. There is no way the customer can have any control of what parts were used on a prior repair. Anyway...

    Also when you buy an extended warranty, an inspector oks the vehicle and your good to go from there, regardless of past repairs.

    3 year 60000 for about 2500 as well, which would cover you until 120k miles

    If you go on there and put your email, they will send you a promo code for a cheaper price, I just looked for you and without the promo it was roughly 2500 for the premium care for 48,000 miles or 5 years which would cover you until 109,000, pretty much a bumper to bumper ford warranty.

    You can go to their website lombard ford warrantys and enter all the info and it will give you pricing, I just did this on a 2015 and it was pretty painless.
