Hello, 2007 Expedition XLT with manual hvac. I know this crazy, but i've replaced all of this and the blower still will only work every so often. Blower Motor Issues
A couple of months back the blower motor on my 2016 EL XLT would go to high speed setting and after a little while it would become loud and the air flow would reduce. Blower works, very little air volume from vents - my fix
Somehow a small plastic bag got sucked into the intake above the blower and was restricting air intake. I dropped the blower and removed the bag. Problem solved. Removing the blower is awkward and a tight fit, but this 58 year old lady did it herself. It required moving the passenger seat all...- LovesTexas

Blower motor is on and loud but very little air, Intermittent front vent AC issue
Sometimes, on the hottest days, the front AC vents do not blow as they should. The blower motor is loud and ramps up as you increase the fan setting and there will be a trickle of cold air but not much. The air does not shift to the floor vents either.
