USB ports next to phone charger not working
2019 Ford Expedition Limited Edition SYNC 3, Software Version: 3.4 Build 20136_PRODUCT I tried to update using wifi but it says I’m up to date.. is this fully updated? Upgrade OEM stereo head unit.
I have a new to me 2013 Expedition with the OEM navigation stereo. (Not sure if it’s Sync or what? See pic). I would like to install something with CarPlay. I’m fine with an aftermarket option if that what it comes to, but would really like to upgrade to Sync 3. I can’t seem to find any options...- athensdawgs81

Wireless CarPlay?
This is bizarre to me. They offer wireless charging, but not wireless CarPlay. Even using the MobileApps require the iPhone to be connected via USB. I never really thought of it until using it. My wife's Honda has the CarPlay USB ports in the large center console so the phone is hidden away...- Lou Hamilton
