Turbo Whining? Not Sure what it is

2016 Ford Expedition EL Limited - 215,000 Miles. I bought it at 130,000 miles been great so far. Found out after buying that the dealer put a new turbo in on the Drivers side, so I am thinking its the passenger side turbo maybe. Things I have diagnosed myself and repaired from this awesome...
