'02 Navigator sub install in '99 Expedition

[2WD99]

I spotted a 2002 Navigator in my local U-pull parts place with the factory sub woofer in the passenger side rear quarter panel.

1. Will that fit in my 1999 XLT Expedition if I grab the trim panel too?

2. If so, can it be adapted to my factory stereo? Aftermarket stereo?
