I've got the "battery warning light" issue, but I believe perhaps not quite the same symptoms I see in other posts, So, excuse the repetition if this has been addressed.
At cold startup, the warning light will take several minutes to come on, and will occasionally cycle on and off intermittently at highway speeds. Voltage gauge is always rock solid in the middle and never hesitates to turn over strong, so the battery is staying charged.
Am I getting faulty feedback to the PCM somehow, so it THINKS there is a problem that I don't actually have? I've seen mentions of a fuse that tends to blow and/or melt, but I haven't pursued that too far because the charging system seems to be functioning fine.
Any suggestions? Thanks!
