I have a 2001 expedition Eddie Bauer. I just got it a couple weeks ago and the other day when I turned it off all of my dash lights warning light stayed on and I can operate my heater controls and all with the key out key off door open so red for tonight change my drawer body control whichever you wanna call put a new one of those in and still the same issue when I turned the truck off, take your key out all the dash lights stay on rear when the defogger all that stays lit up on the dash and they kill my battery in a couple hours. I don’t unhook the battery every time I get out of it Any other ideas on what it could be I’ve done that trick that a video where the guy took the fuse box apart, cleaned and dried it and replaced it all done all that and it’s still same issue any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m trying to get it inspected so I can put it on the road And start driving it.

Was it raining?
There is a known problem with the windshield leaking and it gets the gem module wet.
Is the drivers floorboard under the parking brake wet?

If you dry it out everything should work again. (put a fan blowing up under the dash on the drivers side.)
It will get wet again unless you fix the problem.
People have put plastic above the gem module to keep it from getting wet if you dont want to fix the leaking windshield yet.

Park with the front of the truck up. This way when it's raining all the water that hits the roof doesn't run to the windshield.
