I say suspension guru because I'm having trouble wrapping my mind around why each end link needs to have rod ends/ball joints. Can I not replace them with a 4-bar rod end and bushings at the link connection and threaded rod/poly bushing at the swing arm? http://www.speedwaymotors.com/Speedway-4-Bar-Rod-Ends,25122.html
Look at the end links here: http://www.suspensionmaxx.com/dodge-ram-1500-4x4-leveled-sway-bar-link-front-2000-2001. I know I can make some similar even with a solid rod end and bushings. What would be the downfall of just using poly bushings to allow a straight shaft to flex? Would it jack something up?
There is a reason the aftermarket stabilizer bar mfg's do not supply one with their bars but I just can't understand it. I'm dumb sometimes.
