03 exped EBauer message center problems.

Interior lights wont come on when I open door, but I can turn them on with dimmer switch to full on. lights do come on when I shut off ignition for about 10 seconds. Doors do not auto lock putting into drive. Advanced chioces in message center are gone, like light delay and speaker setting for radio etc. They were there when I first got vehicle last year. Radio works but is missing base sound, and will continue to work for about 10 minutes after turning engine off. I am able to get into the Ford engineering test mode but I can not find any data about what these responses mean. ie ROM Level 0801, chksum 0000, NUM01 0801 chksum 0000, Module config Byte1 90 ... so on and so on mostly concerning ports (id's and 2 digit hexidecimal codes). This is not the ODBII codes but the message center itself telling me this. Any thoughts?
