04 Tranny lines leaking. (part numbers)?

so my 04 expy is bleeding a bit from the line that comes from the radiator, (rusted under plastic isolator clips for the 2) all the trans lines look a bit rought so there is no need to patch when I can just replace. I'm not afraid of the job as I have rebuilt my entire front of my 03 expedition that I purchased totaled due to rotted core support. Was wondering if anyone has replaced both of the lines from the radiator and from the trans cooler and if so do you know the correct part numbers. I just want to make sure I get all the right lines.

The tranny lines on my 2006 were leaking at the radiator. The clips to hold them to the radiator were also bad, so the lines AND radiator needed to be replaced. Cannot get the clips only. Make sure to check the clips.
