Ok, I joined this site so I could get some advice on my 05. I have a 4 post lift for my Corvette and was backing out of the garage and hit my mirror on the lift. The glass popped out and was hanging by the wires. In a hurry (why the mirror was hit in the first place) I secured the mirror with packing tape since it would not pop back in. When I had time I was able to get the mirror to stay but it will not move all the way up or move with the 2 automatic settings. Is this a switch issue or do I need a whole new mirror?

Also is everyone elses power windows slower than molases on their truck? My 97 and 02 were pratty fast and these have always been slow and now the passenger side does not even work.

Thanks

slow window is the reocurring theme with everyones truck...the mirror...dont think its a switch...could be motor problem since it popped out...try looking for another mirror at junkyard and also get with tascafordparts to see if you can replace the motor only...im almost positive you will have to replace the entire mirror due to not being able to buy the motor only
