05 Expedition speed sensor/throttle body

I replaced throttle body and output speed sensor. Still wont engage in drive, but is fine in reverse. I think it may still be in limited power mode. I have error codes P1000, P0722, P2106 and P0720. Anything else I should try before taking to a shop?
