we recently bought an 06 Eddie Bauer edition that we have really enjoyed. There are a couple of issues I was hoping to fix but have run into some road blocks. There was an aftermarket CD player installed so the factory DVD player is not sending a audio signal to the wireless headsets. The headsets connect but only play static. We bought new headsets hoping that would fix the issue but got the same results, DVD player plays but no sound. The second issue is a little more serious. While at a stop, if you turn in any direction and accelerate, there is a vibration until the vehicle straightens out. When you are turning while moving there is no vibration. Any ideas for the DVD or vibration issues?

Change rear differential fluid and put in limited slip additive. For the vibration. The rear diff has a drain built into the cover. Easy to do. As for the radio. Go see a local radio installer and see if there is an adapter for it. Otherwise it’s prob lost with the factory radio.
